Founded in 2007, Stay In Hungary is an independent Hungarian real estate design, project management and consulting firm providing overall office lease, office design and market launch related services for multinational corporations planning to relocate or establish operations in Hungary.
Uniquely in Hungary, we represent and support our Clients in office cost planning, office space search, lease negotiations, overall design, concept and execution planning, fit out tendering and supervision until turn-key office handover, and beyond, all the way through to an office grand opening event and PR campaign tailored to support HR recruitment and brand building.
Also, we are involved daily in the commercial real estate community, leveraging our network, market knowledge using our financial, design and technical expertise to uncover viable development projects or real estate investments in an increasingly crowded marketplace.
We are proud that Stay In Hungary Ltd has won the Office of the Year Award at the National Real Estate competition 4 times in the past 11 years. We were also nominated for the Real Estate Consulting Firm of the Year Award in 2017 and 2018. We are also honored to be the recommended local real estate service provider by the U.S. Commercial Service in Budapest.

Business graduate with almost 20 years of business development and strategic management experience. Ferenc B.Nagy founded Stay In Hungary in 2007 after receiving an MBA scholarship to Niagara University, NY and working in the real estate industry. Educated and exposed to Hungarian, British and American educational and work environments, Ferenc has a deep understanding of local business characteristics and high Client expectations. He is a member and volunteer of the Calasanctius Training Program, which grants select Hungarian students academic scholarships to a broad network of American universities. He is also a member of the Diplomacy and Trade Business Club and the US Embassy Alumni Network.
Over ten years of professional experience in the real estate sector.
In these years he has worked as project manager, technical supervisor in property development projects and also gained experience in operating A+ class office buildings as Property- and later Asset manager.
After finishing the Technical University of Budapest with the master”s degree in Civil Engineering he worked in the development of residential building as Structural Engineer.
Nearly ten years ago he joined the real estate sector as Property Manager. During these years he managed office building, shopping centres and worked in development of logistics park.
