Phase 3 Project: Stay in Hungary Kft was hired by TATA Consultancy Services as a general contractor to plan and fully execute its Christmas and 10th Birthday Party. The event took place in Merlin Theater on December 16, 2011.

Scope of work: As a general contractor, Stay In Hungary Kft managed the whole event from planning to implementation through following up with guests. We found the right place, secured catering (cocktails, finger foods, non- and alcoholic drinks), waitresses, hostesses, corporate take away gifts, technical background, a jazz band graduated from the Hungarian Academy of Music, a DJ to entertain guests, a video crew, photographers to capture event. Stay In Hungary Kft also provided the security and handled all planning, administrative and coordination and management tasks.
