PHASE 2. Design, Fit-out, Turn-key implementation

After determining your specific needs Stay in Hungary Kft, - as the Project Manager along with the selected interior design team -, will plan the layout, design the space, supervise and manage the overall fit-out planning and general construction work until handover. We place special emphasis on ensuring the successful implementation of your office, such as careful vendor selection, negotiations, on time delivery, and overall quality, budget, time management.

We will also supervise the fit-out teams of Developers to ensure that they completely follow through with their fit-out contributions and they actually use the specified and quoted products, and implement the electrical, mechanical, architectural implementation according to plans. Stay In Hungary Kft also collects and reviews requirements and documentations necessary for licenses, permits and approvals including but not limited to planning, building regulations, construction licenses, fire brigade approvals.

It takes multiple steps and 4-6 months to cover Phases 1 and 2, from the initial contact with Stay In Hungary Kft to turn-key implementation.
