Merck Kft. is a subsidiary of Merck AG., representing all businesses of Merck in Hungary, distributes its Chemicals directly to its customers/end-users, and distributes all pharmaceutical products via wholesalers to pharmacies or hospitals. Established in 1991, Number of employees: 118, Sales: EUR 41 Million, Best Employer 2010, Világgazdaság - Hewitt Study.

In January of 2010, Stay In Hungary Kft was hired by Merck Kft to help them set-up their new corporate offices in Budapest, Hungary.

Our cooperation covered 2 PHASES:

PHASE 1. Office fit-out cost negotiations with Developer (Client Representation)
PHASE 2. Full office design and fit-out management until turn-key implementation (Project Management)

• Time scope: 6 months for PHASES 1 and 2. (January 2011 - June 2011)

• Responsibility: Project Management & Client Representation

• Location: Allee Corner Office Building, Address: 1 Október 23-a utca, Budapest 1117 Hungary, 3rd floor.

• Office Size: net 1,514 sqm

• Number of employees: 118

• Interior Design by willbedesign

• Overall result: An exceptional and unique office space in Budapest. The new facility boasts a contemporary, clean design. Complete with ergonomic furniture, state-of-the-art technologies and modern amenities, the space is designed to attract potential employees and foster a dynamic work environment that inspires collaboration and creativity.
