Stay In Hungary Project Summary

In October of 2011, Stay In Hungary Kft was hired by The Hackett Group to help them find and secure the right office space and also locate, filter and secure talented management consultants, who wish to join in their new office in Budapest.

Our cooperation covered 2 PHASES

PHASE 1.: HR recruitment, finding management consultants

The strengths of Stay In Hungary Kft's Managing Director lie in his local market expertise, strong networking strategies, professional integrity, and personal dedication and enthusiasm. As Hackett's representative, Stay In Hungary Kft was hired to locate, filter and secure talented management consultants, who wish to join in their new office in Budapest.

Due to unprecedented growth in Europe, the Hackett group is currently interested in talking to consultants at all stages of their career, who have a strong finance transformation background, strong German/English language skills and would be interested in an international career.

PHASE 2.:Temporary office space finding, lease negotiation, contracting (Greenpoint7 Office building, Budapest)

As Hackett's representative, Stay In Hungary Kft identified, evaluated, and suggested appropriate office space options, scheduled appointments for site visits, provided cost-calculations, made a recommendation, prepared test-fits, and assisted in lease negotiations in order to get the best price and terms.

The Stay In Hungary Kft developed, fully furnished and equipped DBH Greenpoint 7 Serviced office is now available to let, complete with all amenities vital to business operations, such as mail support, reception services, IT infrastructure, Internet connectivity, telecom connections, and office cleaning. Other basic utilities include air conditioning, electricity and lighting, and the provision of refreshments for staff. Tenants share common office facilities such as copy machines, conference rooms, meeting rooms, etc. which may otherwise be difficult to afford in the early stages of a business startup.

When renting a serviced office, there is no capital expenditure required, and long-term financial commitment is not an issue as the lease terms are set according to your preferences and needs. Rental terms can be fixed on a month-to-month basis with flexible growth options should you like additional space as you expand.

Project Management/Client Representation

We offer you our local expertise and Project Management/Client Representation service, which oversees three implementation phases (Phase 1. Office Space finding, Phase 2. Office Design/fit-out, Phase 3. Market Launch/ HR recruitment ) separately and/or in a package.
