In August of 2010, Stay In Hungary Kft was hired by the New York City - London based Dealogic Holding plc to help them set-up their new software development centre in Budapest. A unique office was created on net 1080 sqm for 103 employees on the 5th floor of the Eiffel Square office building (Best Office Building Development of 2010).

Our cooperation covered 3 PHASES:

PHASE 1. Secure the right office space (Temporary serviced office and Permanent space)
PHASE 2. Design and fit-out until turn-key implementation, Project Management & Client Representation
PHASE 3. PR and HR campaign planning to attract new employees

Responsibility: Project Management & Client Representation
Time scope: 8 months for PHASES 1 and 2 (Aug 2010 - April 2011)
Large savings has been reached in Phases 1, 2, 3 in terms of better lease terms, larger fit-out contribution,lower fit-out, furnishings and recruitment costs (besides executive time and energy)

Interior Design by willbedesign
Design concept: the design aim was to design a clean and spacious, a "feel at home" interior, bring in traditional pieces of design, along with the hottest contemporaries of young designers. By the means of forms, materials and uncommon accessory we intended to bring in a sense of humour. Contemporary art work, Tibor Szőllősi's paintings are further enriching the environment's personality. There are cosy sofas, resting equipments in the lounge, library and kitchen area, supporting collectivism and team spirit, to provide with precious time in the breaks. The furniture selection gives the idea of variability and mobility, depicting the process of creating ideas, creative thinking. We used gradation of corporate colour of Dealogic; blue and tones of yellow as secondary colour. Yellow is associated with intellectual thinking, decision-making, and good judgement, whereas blue has calming, relaxing and healing effects. Wardrobe units are customized by the gradation of colours.

Overall result: An exceptional and unique office space in Budapest. The new facility boasts a contemporary, clean design. Complete with ergonomic furniture, state-of-the-art technologies and modern amenities, the space is designed to attract potential employees and foster a dynamic work environment that inspires collaboration and creativity.
